Cancellation/ Refund Policy
- Your return request must be received within 5 days of product delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We don't accept exchange and return on products that are on "sale".
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, then you return it and re-purchase the new item separately.
- Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes all the necessary quality checks. We will initiate your refund immediately.
For any defective, damaged, incomplete or wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images and the video of the product. Please share the images with the original labels, tags intact along with the invoice to info@thelami.in and we will investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with a resolution.
PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEM THEN SEND US VIDEO.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-21 days.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thelami.in. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
